This Service Agreement governs your use of the Bismation Centralized Management Software with all its modules and other services such as consulting and contracts to manage projects, share documents with clients , review of statues. Terms and conditions apply and are subject to change without notice. We do not charge a fee for accessing this website.

B. Relation to Other Agreements

Your use of the website may also be affected by agreements between you and Bismation for accounts relating to the sue of the software. This Service Agreement does not change the agreements you may already have with us for any such account. Nor does the Service Agreement change any other agreement you may have with us relating to any other products or service you may access from Bismation by electronic means, such as, for example, the Online downloading of the Bismation Centralized Management Software and its modules and other services. 2. Registration and Upload of Information

You will be required to register your Centralized Management software in order to access and use the software. In accessing the software, you may also upload information relating to your applications. For registration and uploads, you represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, true, current, and complete as of the date it is provided to us by means of the website and or Software.

3. Other Terms and Conditions

A. Modifications

We may change this Service Agreement at any time. For example, we may add, delete or amend terms or services. Continued use of the website and software after the effective date of the change will constitute your agreement to the change.

B. Cancellation

You will be able to access the software until such access is terminated by you or Bismation LLC. You may cancel your access – and this Service Agreement - at any time by notifying us of your intent to cancel in writing, or by contacting us at contact@bismation.com, via the website and customer service at contact@bismation.com. This cancellation applies only to your access of the Bismation Centralized Management software for use of manage of your business pursuant to this Agreement.
 

We may terminate your access to the Bismation Centralized Management software, its modules, services and this Service Agreement in the event of the cancellation of your subscription, lack of payment or for any reason, including improper use. We will try to notify you in advance, but we are not obliged to do so.

C. Contact by Bismation LLC or Affiliated Parties

No Bismation employee will contact you via email or phone requesting your Online ID or passcode. If you are contacted by anyone requesting this information, please contact us immediately.

D. Disclosure of Account Information

We may disclose information to third parties about you or your registration in the following instances:

· To comply with a government agency or court orders, or in connection with fraud prevention or an investigation

· If you give us your permission

· With our affiliates as permitted under Federal and applicable state laws

E. Disclaimer and Limitation on Our Liability

 The Bismation Centralized Management software and its modules is provided on an "as is" basis. We disclaim all representations and warranties including those pertaining to fitness for a particular purpose, or that the website will operate free from error or in an uninterrupted fashion.
 

Under no circumstance shall Bismation LLC be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, however caused and of any kind (including physical or emotional damages), related to the website, whether arising under this Service Agreement or otherwise, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy hereunder shall be for you to discontinue use of the website and Bismation Centralized Management software. Certain state laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply and you may have additional rights.
